		Choose Edit from the top menu bar.
		Select Preferences.
		In the category list, click Advanced.
		Click the box next to Enable JavaScript, if it's not already checked.
		Click OK to save the changes.

Internet Explorer v4.0 (Windows)

		Choose View from the top menu bar.
		Select Internet Options.
		Click the Security tab.
		Click the circle next to Custom, and then click Settings.
		Scroll down to Scripting/Active Scripting.
		Click Enable
		Click OK to save the changes.
		Click OK again to save and return to Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer v4.0 (Macintosh)

		Choose Edit from the top menu bar.
		Select Preferences.
		Select Web Browser.
		Select Web Content.
		In active Content section, click the Enable Scripting checkbox
		Click OK to save the changes.
		Click OK again to save and return to Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer v5.0 (Windows and Macintosh)

		Choose Tools from the top menu bar.
		Select Internet Options.
		Click the Security tab.
		Click the circle next to Custom, and then click Settings.
		Scroll down to Scripting/Active Scripting.
