chronic gastritis
gastritis that occurs repeatedly or continues over a period of time. Most patients are asymptomatic, but the condition may
lead to hemorrhage and ulcer formation. Among its possible causes are Helicobacter pylori,vitamin deficiencies, abnormalities of the gastric juice, ulcers, hiatal hernia, excessive use of alcohol, or a combination of any of these.
