Verner-Morrison syndrome (vur´nәr mor´ĭ-sәn) a rare syndrome of profuse watery diarrhea, hypokalemia, and achlorhydria, usually associated with excess levels of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide resulting from a VIPoma in the pancreas; called also pancreatic cholera.
