Shy-Drager syndrome
(shi´ dra´gәr)
a disorder of unknown etiology that begins with symptoms of autonomic insufficiency including orthostatic hypotension, impotence in males, constipation, urinary urgency or retention, and anhidrosis; these are followed by signs of nervous system
disturbance such as parkinsonian-like symptoms, cerebellar incoordination, muscle wasting and fasciculations, and leg tremors.
