actinic elastosis photoaging of the skin, especially in light-skinned persons, characterized by inelasticity, thinning or sometimes thickening, wrinkling, dryness with fine scaling, and sometimes hyperpigmentation, cherry angiomas, telangiectasis, senile lentigines, ecchymosis, milia, and senile keratosis. Called also senile or solar elastosis.
