Staying with Your Action Plan Now that you've launched your action plan, use the tips and resources below to help you keep going. You can then reach your stress-management goals and enjoy a busy life.
Helpful Resources If you need help setting or reaching goals, find someone you can talk to or who can suggest resources. Start by checking whether your company has an employee assistance program (EAP). Also, contact your doctor, your health plan's "help" line, or your local public health agency.
