How to Walk for Fitness
Now that you know the benefits of fitness walking, get ready to try it. At the beginning and end of your walk, warm up and cool down to maintain a safe heart rate. Check your pulse while you walk to make sure you're moving at the right pace. Stretch to keep muscles flexible and injury free.
